Extramammary Paget’s Disease Arising in the Scrotum of an Elderly Male

Extramammary Paget’s disease (EMPD) is a rare form of primary or secondary intraepithelial adenocarcinoma typically presenting within the fifth through seventh decades life. Though cases EMPD localized to scrotum are not associated with underlying malignancy, evaluation dermal and angiolymphatic invasion in conjunction pertinent laboratory investigations, e.g., serum CEA, essential rule out malignancy metastatic disease. We present case an elderly male that presented history longstanding asymptomatic scrotal lesion was ultimately managed excision skin grafting.
